Hi, at the risk of hearing something I don't want to hear, am I asking for trouble/scrutiny/petition rejection if I submit my I129-F petition immediately after my and my sweetheart's divorces are final?  Both of our divorces are on track to be finalized around July and I want to submit the petition right away. These divorces have taken a very long time to complete, my sweetie and I are not youngsters anymore, and we want to get the ball rolling on the next, happier chapter of both of our lives...

As soon as both of your divorces are finalized in your perspective jurisdiction and you are free to marry under the law of your state and her country, then you can send the petition.  Do not send it even a day early.  You must both be free to marry the moment you mail the petition.

No one will care that you are submitting immediately after divorces.  The US Government is well aware that these things happen.
