Filing N-400 and using my husband's credit card

Time has come to file N-400 based on marriage to US Citizen and we selected the option of payment for it by credit card. I, as applicant, don't hold any credit cards in my name as not enough credit history is built, can we pay for N-400 with my US Cititzen's credit card? He will fill it out and sign, will there be any issues?

I don't think this is an issue - if you look at the form it asks you fill out your details and then the cardholders details separately, so they automatically aren't presuming you are not one and the same.  AND if it comes up in the interview, or as a follow up, I think it's perfectly acceptable to cite credit rating etc as a valid reason why.
