H4 Spouse visa renewal

Hello Everyone,

 

My brother is currently on H1B visa with I-140 approved. His company is now in a process to renew his H1B. However, the attorneys from the company said they charge separate to renew the spouse's H4 visa. Therefore, we are thinking to fill out H4 visa renewal form by our self and submit it to the attorneys to process it with the H1B documents. What form do we have to submit to renew the spouse's H4 visa? Is it I-539? And, are there any other forms that are required to fill out besides I-539? Your assistance will greatly help in saving us some money. :)
