Hi! I am from Ukraine. I am going with K1 visa soon.

So my questions is:

 If I will change surname bg marriage  can I travel abroad with my International Ukraine Passport (I can't change it in in the USA for new surname).

Any advices? Can show marriage sertificate and stay with my passport with my previous Surname??

Hello!

 

Yes, always bring a copy of your marriage certificate and you won't have an issue with the passport being on your maiden name. :)

So I should not change my passport and always stay with passport with previous surname?)

Hello!

Changing it when you get a chance is up to you. 

If you decide to keep it under your maiden name, you need to have the copy of your marriage certificate when you travel.
