Change my visa

I have b2 visa all my family is American citizens and they applied for immigration visa for me I have 3 questions 

first they applied 3 years ago so I can apply for driver license in Massachusetts without ssn 

second I can change my visa to f1 visa as I applied for dental school here and how long it takes 

third if I want to apply for extension after the 6 months there is any risk to do that I mean they can cancel my b2 visa

Your profile says H-1B visa. You say you're on the tourist visa. Your family applied for the family visa - 3 years ago? You want to change it to the student visa.. and you want to apply for the extension of the tourist visa.

1.  You are unlikely to get a driver's license with a B2 visa.

 

2.  You can apply for an AOS from B2 to F1 student, but it takes time.  When will you get the I-20?

 

3.  If you file for AOS or a B2 extension is denied, your B2 visa is void.

 

Go home and file for a student visa from there.  It's safer that way then trying to play the system to stay in the US.

Sounds like someone is desperate to get into the USA by any means. Which is a good way to be denied a tourist visa.
