Affidavit of support

Will soon be filing for AOS. My USC spouse's salary is well above the minimum. I am currently not working because of TN expiration. I have guaranteed continued employment with the same employer as soon as I am reauthorize to work.

I have 10 qualifying quarters allowing use of the sponser support waiver.

Is one way more accepted than the othet? Should we file both the support affidavit and waiver  since we can?

If your spouse, the USC sponsor is 'well above the line' and can sponsor you all by themselves, jsut go that route. It's probably the simplest and most straight forward.
