I got the premise - I just thought it was spectacularly implausible.

The only reason they did it was for continuity as if they'd kept the technology someone would have dug up some evidence. 150,000 years is not a very long time after all...

Yeah so true.

The finale left so many unanswered questions I wonder if what they were after was seeding demand for a sequel series throughout those 150K years? Particularly I am interested in the evolution of the set of stupid genes we witness here so frequently yet can't seem to turn off.

The new President did seem to roll over a bit easy.

And I thought the Laura Roslin character should have died a few seasons ago.

Well... just like idiots are allowed to continue being idiots... so are weak characters.

So I am excited for the new Stargate show to start.. Stargate Universe... it premieres on October 2nd

I also can't wait for the 2nd season of Sanctuary .. that starts on October 9th..

I've never been very interested in any of the Stargate shows but I like the cast in this new one. I think I'll give it a watch.

Second season of Fringe started the other night. I'm loving that show.

Has anyone been watching Warehouse 13 at all? If so, how is it?

the hubby and I started watching Stargate Universe...

I didn't know it was going to be more like a drama but I am liking it so far.. :thumbs:

the show reminds me of BSG.. which is a good thing in my books...

you can watch it on Hulu if you are in the US...

the first episode of Fringe was pretty good too... :thumbs:

Ok, I watched the new Stargate Universe and am liking it so far. I haven't seen the other 2 stargate shows though. Would I understand things better if I watched one or both of the other shows? Who was it attacking the base and why?

I like Fringe but not Warehouse 13, it seems a bit too cheesy to me.

yeah you would understand better if you watched SG1... the "people" attacking the base is the main enemy in SG1...
