Hello! I have an infopass appointment tomorrow and I am reporting someone for fraud. I have some pictures and text messages on a flash drive I can give to them. Will this work or do I need to print them out? There are a lot and I may not have access to a printer tonight and the meeting is before business hours.

I'll preface this with I don't know the definitive answer in this particular case, but...

 

As somebody who works in IT in a government environment that deals with PII data, the answer most likely is no. Plugging in somebody's flash drive exposes the system and entire network to all kinds of risks. In a number of government environments that I've dealt with, unapproved USB devices will not even function on the computers due to security software. It's just too large of a risk (both from bad software on the device as well as people copying data from their PC to a USB drive).

FedEx opens early (700 or 730 depending on location). You can print straight from your drive and using a debit/credit card to pay straight at the printer.

 

You definitely need to print it out.
