Hello, My friend asking:

 

"I have a question .
I filed my document for green card through marriage in November 2016, but we have to move in the different state and we are waiting for interview.
I already got my work authorization.
When I gonna change my address, dare they gonna transfer my case in another state, am I gonna start waiting time again or they gonna put me in line like I am in this state right now. 
Thank you for time. "
