We received our interview notice a couple of days ago. We were checking the list for required documents, and the list has some evidence for the affidavit of support, unless already submitted. We already submitted an I-864 both from my wife (the petitioner) and a joint sponsor, so I thought this didn't apply to us, but what confused me was the list of evidence documents listed under it.

It says form I-864 must be submitted "with all required evidence, including the following, for each of your sponsors (unless already submitted)". And then it lists 1) tax returns, 2) letters from current employer and pay stubs, 3) evidence of sponsor and/or co-sponsor's citizenship or PR.

We only submitted tax return copies with our application, plus the evidence of citizenship. From our understanding, 2) wasn't necessary, because our joint sponsor's income for the last years was enough to meet the minimum required to sponsor me, without an increase in his income. Do we need to secure the letters and pay stubs? This would be very inconvenient for us because my joint sponsor is out of state. I assumed that the affidavit of support doesn't matter anymore since we have already submitted it and we have been called for the interview. Can anyone clarify this for me?

Also, on a side note, I'm assuming I need to take the receipt from my completed Biometrics notice, and all notices I've received from USCIS?

It would be good to have some paystubs and employment letter as it reflects the status of current employment and income, which matters the most to USCIS.
