Hi,

My uncle in the U.S. accepted to make the money order to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Tten he will send it to me in Belgium to complete it. Then afterwards we will send everything together with the filled form.

But he asked me which address he should write on the money order, and I couldn't answer it. Which address should we write on the money order? Is it the same as the USCIS address where we will have to send the form?

USCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266

Or is it another one? Since that one is for the USCIS and not the DHS...

Since only one other person has replied, I'll go ahead and give my opinion.

In reading VJ's guide on paying immigration fees, it is not even stated that a delivery address be placed on the payment.  I too paid with a check, and did not put a payment address.

Now I understand, this is different with Money Orders, as they ask for an address.  If it were me, I'd go ahead and make the check payable to: "US Department of Homeland Security" per the VJ guide:

http://www.visajourney.com/content/paying-immigration-fees

And have the Money Order addressed to the USCIS address (if sending via US Post Service):
https://www.uscis.gov/forms/direct-filing-addresses-form-i-129f-petition-alien-fiancee
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266

As long as you pay the correct fee and have the money order filled per the USCIS instructions, I don't see them not accepting your money order.

Thank you for your answer :)

Since we're living outside of the US I guess we'll have to use the express mail and courrier deliveries address.

USCIS
Attn: I-129F
2501 South State Highway 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

And we should write the money order to that address along with the package. Right?

When it comes to the address to write on your money order, that's what I would do.

Just make sure you follow the instructions per VJ's guide:

1. Write the date you are filling out the check including:  day, month and year.
2. On the "Pay to the Order of" line write:  "U.S. Department of Homeland Security."
3. Write in numbers the exact dollar amount of the fee for the service you are requesting.
4. Spell out the exact dollar amount of the fee for the service you are requesting.  The "cents" portion of the amount should be written as a fraction over 100.
5. Write a brief description of the purpose of your payment.
6.

Sign the check using your legal signature.
