Hey guys!

 

On pg  3 of 8 on the I-134, do you answer 4-9d if your income is more than sufficient?

 

do you also put down checking balance, personal property value, other debts etc.?

 

and also with the real estate question, I live at my parents house but now live elsewhere since they are retired, do I put in the house value or should I leave it at 0 since I don't own the house?

Depends how strict the embassy is.

 

I didn't supply any banking or savings information because of my income, but that was for the Philippines.

 

As to real estate, if you don't own the home, then no, it's of no value to you since it isn't yours. If you owned it, you still would need to get it appraised first to be able to show it's true value.

If your income is more than enough (well above 125 %), that's all you need.
