Thank you !

Generally I thought like that and put SR based on that date.

But what's "date filed" on visajourney then? Is that the same as date received in NOA

That would be the date you sent it in...from what I understand.

Once I think I finally have a handle on all of this, I go second guessing myself.

Mine was completed 08/11 but I haven't received a response yet. I put mine 08/03, and I am still waiting for response. I got bored earlier so I raised a third one, so they can just suck it.

Hahaha... lets keep raising SRs maybe they will get mad and just throw our EADs into our mails, and be like y'all need to stop bugging us, and maybe even give us our GCs

Hey guys, I know there are slot of May filers that have recieved their EAD cards or some have had interviews scheduled, I'm just trying to see if there are other May filers still waiting for EAD approval, I'm on Day 94 and still nothing and I have put in two SR requests, the first which was never responded to and the last one on Tuesday.

Did you also applied for AP? if that is the case AP approval which takes longer than EAD will hold your EAD.

Our AOS was received May 9, EAD/AP on May 3 according to NOA and case status online.  I put in an SR for EAD July 19, it said it was responded to August 11, and today we received a letter in the mail for that response (I don't know what it says yet because I'm still at work).

As of now, all of my cases still say Fingerprint fee received and case received on case status. We are well past 90 days on all of them and over 100 on EAD and AP

edit - and we did our biometrics on June 1, so far no RFE on anything - all 3 cases are at MSC/NBC as far as I can tell, and we filed from K1, living in NYC (queens)

EAD takes around 90 days but if you requested AP that takes longer you can't expect EAD to be approved in 90 days, it will be issued at the same time than AP once it's approved. GL

Hello everyone!

Our i-765 application status was updated to read:

"On August 18, 2017, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCXXXXX"

However, our AP application has not updated at all. Does that mean we won't be getting the combo card and will instead get the paperwork version if the case moves forward? Thanks! (FYI, PD May 10)

You guys are getting a combo card with AP.

Hi, Yes, I'm still waiting for a change in my EAD status (still says 'case received'). The date was May 24 so I know I'm towards the end of the May filers. Day 90 for me is Tuesday. I put in SR last week, so hoping I'll either get notification of 'card being prepared' or whatever the phrase is next week, or a positive response to my SR by Sept 4. I only applied for AP much more recently so I know I will have to wait for that. I-485 has been 'ready to be scheduled for interview' since June 29. I had a request for initial evidence but it got resolved in a week and my status changed quite quickly from 'RFE evidence received, case being worked on again' to 'ready to be scheduled for interview' in exactly 7 days. Since then, nothing. I'm not expecting it to change in the near future because I see how slow the Baltimore field office appears to be. That said, I would love it if it came before November as I'm planning a trip then and I am even unsure if I'll get my AP in time!

Keep us posted on your EAD. What did the SR responses tell you?

Our SR for the i-765 was also not assigned to an officer for about a week. We then called and asked what was going on with it and then they updated the receipt number on the SR to T1BxxxxxxxxMSC (this was day 98). The first SR number was SRxxxxxxxxMSC.

I think the one with the T1B prefix (tier 1?) actually pushed the priority up because we were assigned the T1B number on August 16th and our card went into production two days later. Our card went into production exactly 100 days after our PD (May 10th).

Wow, so glad to hear about your experience, thanks for sharing!  It's been 9 days since we submitted the SR and we're at 96 days from PD and over 100 since they received our application.
