Have never heard of the assembly of your packet having anything to do with processing times.  It depends on what adjudicator gets your file, their sick days, vacation time, and how fast of a worker they are.  Not how your packet is assembled.

Filed AOS package (G-1145, I-485, I-767 and I-131) on Friday 5/5/2017 via FedEx and received at Chicago Lockbox Monday 5/8/2017. Doing AOS for K1 and K2 beneficiaries. As of today, a week later, haven't received text confimation/email or NOA1 yet.

Its the beginning of 3rd week after filing for AOS for me and my dependents. It looks like it's taking ages for NOA1. My papers are filed by the attorney. I did not have to do much except to sign. I dont know whether I will or my attorney will get the NOA. Just want to be positive. Its a long wait.

Gn you will receive the NOA. I sent in my AOS, use an attorney too n got my NOA mailed to me. Yours might be in the mail.

Hi everybody

 

We sent our AOS by FedEx on Monday, March 8

They received it on Tuesday, March 9

We received text updates for I-765, I-485, and I-130 last night around 11:30 pm

We received NOA1 hard copies in the mail yesterday for all our forms, thats 5 days after we received text messages and email.

AOS Timeline:

05/01/2017: Forms I-130, I-485, I-765 sent to Chicago, IL (didn't include child's form I-765)

05/03/2017: Delivered.

05/10/2017: NOA1s received via text/email at 11:30pm.

05/15/2017: 5 NOA1s received via mail 

05/16/2017: Form I-765 (for child) sent to Chicago, IL.

05/20/2017: Biometrics appointment letter received.

05/22/2017: 1 NOA for form I-765 (for child)received by text/e-mail.

05/26/2017: 1 NOA received via mail.

06/02/2017: Biometrics done.

06/04/2017: Biom appt letter rec'd for child's form I-765

06/14/2017: Biometrics done.(for child)

06/14/2017: Both Forms I-485; Ready to be Scheduled for Interview.

08/18/2017: EAD, new card being produced.(day 108)

08/23/2017: EAD, card is being mailed (day 114)

08/26/2017: EAD card received (day happy)
