Hey guys, I know there are slot of May filers that have recieved their EAD cards or some have had interviews scheduled, I'm just trying to see if there are other May filers still waiting for EAD approval, I'm on Day 94 and still nothing and I have put in two SR requests, the first which was never responded to and the last one on Tuesday.

We are still waiting as well and are at day 105. Have put in a SR due to wait time and a SR as my husband has a job offer that wants him to start ASAP. Still nothing - its so frustrating!

Our AOS was received May 9, EAD/AP on May 3 according to NOA and case status online.  I put in an SR for EAD July 19, it said it was responded to August 11, and today we received a letter in the mail for that response (I don't know what it says yet because I'm still at work).

As of now, all of my cases still say Fingerprint fee received and case received on case status. We are well past 90 days on all of them and over 100 on EAD and AP

edit - and we did our biometrics on June 1, so far no RFE on anything - all 3 cases are at MSC/NBC as far as I can tell, and we filed from K1, living in NYC (queens)

Hi i am file in may my interview schedule for september but no news about ead

hello @soufyane lindsey, it seems to me your AOS will be processed earlier than your EAD, and hence, may not need the latter. but raising SR will also help to make sure EAD would come first.

hi @papasmf, I've had the same situation where my EAD SR was responded one day and then received the card exactly one week and a day after that. if you said the SR was answered (and hopefully, approved the same day, 08/11), I sincerely hope you receive the card tomorrow or earliest possible. :)

I wish us all the best. good day folks!

Mine updated to received 3 days after I mailed it. I put in the SR because they are supposed to notify you after they have reviewed the response and it's been over 60 days and nobody's told me anything.

I got the the email from SR today :(

@imdastyle - don't be worried, it just means they are still doing background checks before they can make a final decision.

everyone else, I'm on my way home from work to see what our answer to our EAD SR is going to say when I open the mail, but before I got on the subway I got a text message that our case was updated.  "New Card Is Being Produced", finally!  Can't wait to get home and surprise my wife with something better than the SR.

no updates to AP or AOS yet (which is odd because AP is supposed to be included with the EAD as a combo card, they told us that during biometrics.. so we'll see)

No idea what that means. My SR has been assigned to an officer for a few days but I've gotten nothing from them. Was you RFE for the I130A?

Became a citizen 6/2024. Now filing for my mother.
