Yes, it usually takes several days to a week to receive a reply.  You can also call them.  Their typical response on the phone will be to call back after it's been 30 days if you still haven't heard anything.  If your mail tracked it there, it is most likely just taking a bit longer than others and you will hear soon my friend.

Hi everyone! Fiiled AOS, EAD and AP on April 27th, Got their sms on May 2nd, so i guess i belong to the May filers :D looking forward to keep in touch with everyone and especially those with similar timelines :D

 

How long did you guys get your bio appointment schedule from the time you received NOA?

It says National Benefits Center (NBC) is working on my case, i heard some cases will be forwarded to their respective local offices and gets interview and some wont...either way, hows the time frame for NBC? Thanks! :D

04/20/2016: NOA1 (CSC)

04/25/2016: NOA1 Hard copy

06/29/2016: NOA2 Case approved!(70 days)

We received our NOA1 hard copies in the mail today for all three - 485, 765, and 131 (AOS, EAD, and AP).  That makes it ten days after they received it, I believe.  Updating my timeline for you guys, and I hope folks that are still waiting receive notice very soon

05/03/2017: Delivered.

05/10/2017: NOA1s received via text/email at 11:30pm.

05/15/2017: 5 NOA1s received via mail 

05/16/2017: Form I-765 (for child) sent to Chicago, IL.

05/20/2017: Biometrics appointment letter received.

05/22/2017: 1 NOA for form I-765 (for child)received by text/e-mail.

05/26/2017: 1 NOA received via mail.

06/04/2017: Biom appt letter rec'd for child's form I-765

It takes on min 7 days, some people waits 2-4 weeks. It depends on your case, and how you assambled your package
