Yup not accessable now 😣

It's pretty much the same as before timewise.

By June 30, they were doing April 1st for I-765... aka, they are supposed to be on May cases now

I tried to put a second SR for EAD, and I got

"Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time. Further information about recent processing times can be viewed on the uscis.gov webpage." huuhhh

Congrats nikaero, wondeful news!

So, to those waiting on replies from SR, we were supposed to expect a reply on our SR for EAD being outside of normal processing time by today August 10.

The status still says that our service request hasn't been assigned for processing as of July 19.

We are K1 to AOS/EAD/AP - May 3 NOA1, no RFE.  I think the Missouri NBC is way behind, it still says online that they are processing EAD applications from early March as of now.

I'll call to put in another service request soon if we don't get a response to the first one soon

Citizenship process complete!  First a J1 work/travel Visa visitor from Philippines to Texas where we met each other, then back to Philippines.  Ultimately, immigrated here via a K1 Marriage-based petition in 2016, AOS started in 2017, completed in 2018, ROC started/completed in 2020, N-400/Citzenship granted in 2022 - timeline link below:

Yea they supposed to do may now, but I don't see it, my PD is 3 may... I did inquire request again today and now it says in my case

As of August 10, 2017, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number SRxxxxxxxxxxxxxMSC, is currently not assigned for processing.

and I don't see information about previous request...

I think they just updated the website as of today August 10th and they're now reviewing cases from April 1st... Getting there but the NBC location sure is taking its sweet time :/

My application was received on May 12th so in 2 days it'll be 90 days without update. I did get an RFE on my I-485 though so i dont know if it affects it... Wondering whether I should start a SR or something else :/

--------- AOS ---------

2017-05-09     Submitted I-130 / I-485 / I-765

2017-05-17     NOA Received all 3 from NBC (or MSC.)

2017-05-31     RFE Received for birth certificate (even though we sent it) Sent back 2 days later.

2017-06-05     Biometrics appointment done.

2017-08-14     90 days since application received. Case updated to "New Card in Production"!!

2017-08-21     Card received in the mail!

@Mimzy - for your EAD, yes go ahead and put in a service request (online its called case inquiry and then choose case outside of normal processing time, maybe try calling instead of doing it online though, online seems to be taking forever to get assigned).  Did you already reply to your RFE?  Keep us posted and good luck and God bless :)

edit - oh and thanks for updating us on the new April date for NBC EAD from c9 cases processing

Hi Mimzy, I saw that they updated the processing times yesterday but I think it said "Field Office Processing Dates for National Benefits Center as of: June 30, 2017" at the top of the table. So, from what I have calculated, I guess they might not take that long to process ours as May filers. Not sure if I misunderstand it.

Package sent on 05/09

Received by USCIS on 05/15

Received 3 NOA1 (texts and emails) on 05/18

Received NOA1 in the mail on 05/23

Received Biometrics Appointment Letter 05/26

Biometrics done 06/05

EAD approved 08/18

Mimzy was talking about NBC (national benefits center - also called MSC - Missouri service center) and their processing dates specifically for EAD which is now processing cases as of April 1, the local field offices will vary depending on which office you check.

also I have a small update!

Finally:dance: this is good... I am hoping to get a reply on my SR today Aug 11 as well, maybe tomorrow as this is a proof they are really taking their time and working at a snail speed...

I think the officers at NBC went to sleep right after May fillers got our biometrics appointment, everything was going fine at a high speed for us all then after bio, they went right to bed  You think someone put something in their coffee? Its not winter yet we would have guessed maybe its hibernation mode for them.:bonk: Wake up NBC please...

I promised myself I wasn't gonna come here to the forum and log on to the case status today, but hey this is the 100000th time I am here checking and logging in to see if there is any update on my status...I am beginning to pull my hair out:lol: this wait is killing especially when I know its about time I have my EAD :ranting::ranting::ranting:

@Pimmpj - ah okay you were saying that the dates got updated on June 30th, that's odd because I checked it just the day before yesterday and EAD still said processing from March, lol maybe they updated it on June 30 and it took a week and a half to display it 😜
