My case went into review on Aug 1st after I had raised my third 3rd SR n spoke to a uscis service representative on that same day. See previous post. Card went into production 3 days after my case went into review on the 1st. Thank you all guys.

Wow that's really quick, congrats! Today is 91 day from PD and nothing about my EAD. I did SR couple days ago and it says reply by August 13, 2017. Ugh 😑

Folks this is my experience from tracking n monitoring my EAD case after biometerics was completed. I am in NY so this is what I did I found thread for NY 2017 in this forum n analyze the cases there paying close attention to the timelines between biometerics n approval dates and this is what I find out n this may varied depending of each situation but most situations I found out it takes between 8-10 weeks without no rfe or rfie generally for EAD cases to be approved. There were some case a few that took up to 12 weeks. Cases with reference took a lot longer time to get approval. Folks this is my analysis from matching my case to other cases in this forum. Also I find lots of useful information from folks postings like when to raise a SR n what to do after a SR was raise. Eg..  Like calling USCIS service representative n requesting to speak to a tier 2 IO all these are tips n advice I used to assist in monitoring my case. Thank you for all the advice n best wishes to all of us on this process.

I'm still in the same boat with ya.  Service request/case inquiry still says "as of July 19 it hasn't yet been assigned for processing" and no updates on any of our cases yet too.  We are a couple days or so past the 90 day mark now on EAD/AP.  I tried calling yesterday and the agent just said to call back after 30 days from July 19 if our inquiry still hasn't been assigned and he could then put in a new one.  Patience!  We are trying to be patient :)

thanks for asking asakelove, I hope you have some form of update soon too 🙏

Update Guys S.R was completed a few hrs ago. I received an email stating the following.

The status of this service request is:

Your case is currently under review.  You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly.

Hi @MAYNYCFiler2017 Congratulations first to you and to everyone who received progress on their case!

I have an update to share as well...

I woke up today (08/04) around 8 AM that my EAD SR was assigned to an officer for response. 2 hours later, I've got 2 subsequent updates again that they (USCIS) sent a response to my inquiry and that my inquiry was completed. However, I did not receive any email that my case is under review, similar to yours. Can I confirm you received the email on the same day?

I've just called USCIS customer service to check why I still haven't received any email but the lady I spoke with just told me it may take 30 days to receive -- which I didn't buy. Anyway, I'm supposed to expect a response by 08/08 (4 days earlier) so I'll probably wait until next week before making another call or submit SR to USCIS -- or earlier if impatience gets the best out of me again. :-P

Could you share how long ago did you enter your SR/inquiry?  Mine has been sitting unassigned since July 19
