I am so so tired of waiting! The worst part is I know I should be receiving an RFE for my husband's tax transcripts. It's taken USCIS almost 60 days just to review the I-130A that they requested and then the clock is gonna reset ALL OVER AGAIN. Plus, once that's all done, Baltimore just happens to be one of the slowest USCIS processing offices in the country so I'm gonna have to wait for what's gonna seem an eternity just to get a stupid interview. I'm sorry, I just need to vent. I'm having a terrible day. It's like everything I do in the world is made 100 times more difficult because of my status and I just need my life to go smooth right now. I'M LOSING IT!!!

Another case here with status change. As of July 27, it now shows "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview". My wife's daughter (K2), also shows her case updated with same status change.

Anyone knows if the minor child, age 13, will also get interviewed?

I feel your pain, and welcome your venting, as it makes my frustration also feel justified!

I am so, so sick of sitting at home, not working.  If I had money to spend, I could be out enjoying myself or taking courses, but since I haven't worked in almost a year, and Arizona is too hot to be outside hiking right now, sitting at home is about all I can do.  I just want my EAD!!!

Also, my husband added me to his health insurance (marketplace) and they accepted my I-797 as proof of my immigrant status, and said I didn't need a SSN, just my alien number.  We discussed all this over the phone when he initially wanted to add me and later received written confirmation after I submitted the documents they asked for.  Well I should have kept that letter confirming acceptance of the documents I had provided.  Because we ended up having to reapply due to income changes and they made us resubmit all our documents.  Now they're saying I need a SSN or my insurance will be cancelled! It totally seems to depend on who you talk to.  And all the stress has made my immunity take a nosedive, so I'm getting infections and weird rashes left and right, which means doctors visits and prescriptions, which means if they try to cancel my insurance and backcharge me for the period I used it, I'll have a very hefty bill.

I have this fantasy that someone from USCIS will just randomly knock on our door one day, see our marriage is obviously real, and just approve my green card on the spot.  I know it doesn't work that way, but every time I hear a knock my heart leaps!

you should be checking the field office that corresponds to the first 3 letters in your receipt number. We live in Virginia and our's are MSC which is the missouri service center and thats where it has remained. You are notified if you are transfered to a different service center.

Are you sure? I'm in CA and mine also says MSC. I just went on the USCIS website and it says that MSC stands for Nationals Benefits Center :)

I'm here for you, Lupigirl. I expedited my EAD so I am working but there are so many things on pause right now while my residence is pending. Work has become a pit because I'm taken off so many classified cases due to my lack of residence like damn, I'm just trying to earn a buck and provide for my family. Everything is just hard. It's taken almost 2 months to let me know that I filled in 6 pages right? WHY?! Nothing about this process was easy. But we're all in this together and it's for the best so we'll chug on through xxx

Nothing here. I even requested an expedite and contacted my congressman to no avail.

I'll be at 75 days on Monday since submitting my AOS and I 765. I am most likely going to put a service request in Monday and see where that goes although the timeline is 90 days, but I have a feeling it may go past that from reading some previous timelines.

keep us all up to date and if there is anyone that has recieved their EAD or have got their GC interview from filing in May, please let us know your timelines.

From what I've seen here most people who got their EAD have expedited them. I think I've only read one person who got it without expedite in this thread.

Yes!  Absolutely, the best thing we can all do is fill out our timelines, not just for May but for everyone on this website.  This website functions so well because of the aggregated timeline data and every single one of us learning and sharing what we read and experience.

Also - If you haven't filled out a timeline yet, a nice thing to know is that visajourney will use that same aggregated data along with your personal timeline to provide you with some pretty darn close estimates for your cases' adjudication times.

On the other hand, if - like my wife's EAD - your's is still pending at NBC, they seem to have a pretty big backlog right now causing delays.  The processing times for EAD says they are now processing for cases from March. I'm not certain, but that makes it sound like they are 60 days behind the typical 90 day estimate?  Anyone know if that's how I should be reading it?
