Interesting. I did come across a VJ member who was successful on I-130 and I-485 expedite. I recall that she had a job that required permanent residence. May I ask what you will cite to for your reason for expedite? I'm curious too.

Just a little curious though, has anyone also filed SR/s for their I-130 and I-485 after reaching more than 75 days? I'm planning to submit one today for my I-130 (on its 77th day) and I-485 on Thursday (75th day). Not sure if that will help but hoping and checking if it's worth the try. Thanks!

Sorry! I misread. I though you were putting in a SR to expedite. Just ignore me :)

No, no, I was just curious if it's possible. I know it applies to I-765 according to USCIS, but don't know if anyone did the same for the other 2. Unfortunately, I don't have a good reason to expedite. So the very reason is just the case/s also fell the normal processing time.

Finally!! Got Ready to be scheduled for interview! Case was recieved 15th May, had RFE and did Biometrics, now waiting for interview 🍾 Finally some hope

Can you tell us what your RFE was for and how long it took USCIS to process? I got an RFE for the I-130A and it has been stuck on received since June 8.

The RFE came in mail before Biometrics, I did Biometrics on the 29th June, and sent the RFE on the 3rd July, they received it the 7th of July, the RFE was for my translated Birth Certificate, and my husband's tax form; I sent out my Birth certificate non translated, and My husband made a mistake on the Tax return form, literally it was just a typo lol.

so it took them 11 days to process the RFE

I requested an exPedite for EAD the 12th and we emailed the Senator and we're still waiting on reponse. It shows case has been assigned to an officer on the 13th

I didn't think that was an option if there wasn't a reason to expedite it, like a job offer or something along those lines. Right?

And another thing...how would I find my congressman. I'm not familiar with that side of the process.

Correct, a job offer with start date is almost always sufficient to demonstrate severe financial loss for expediting EAD.  To find your local congressman, just search the web "congressman [city name], find their website.  Somewhere in there you'll find a privacy release form.  Search this forum for "expedite EAD", there is a great thread where someone did a great job detailing the steps.

I did notice that.  A few days ago it said March 18, now it says March 2. How is it possible for it to be going backwards??

I did a SR online yesterday, since it was 75 days.  My inquiry hasn't been assigned to an officer yet, but my confirmation message said I'd hear something by August 9th. I'm assuming they'll just say it's within their normal processing times.

No, that would be an expedite.  I just submitted an enquiry, based on the info on the USCIS website.

If you look at their processing info, there's a section that says:

Important Information About Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization

You can submit an inquiry about your Form I-765 if your case has been pending more than 75 days.

I wanted to do so, since I have been pending for 80 days, no RFIE/RFE, and did my biometrics 5 24.

Please keep me updated with the results of your inquiry
