I am very happy to see how the line is moving, but it seems like  when people request to expedite their EADs, other cases that are ahead of them because they were mailed before, have to wait longer. I assume they have to use personal to review, accept, produce, mail and it takes time that would have been use to work on cases that are waiting in line. Rich people are not in a hurry to work, the rest of us we all are.

There are so many different circumstances with which people are applying for EAD and the applying to expedite.  In all of those circumstances, those approved have proven on paper that they require expedited EAD because they are under severe financial duress, and because they can show that they either have a job offer in hand that will expire soon or they already have a job and are in the process of renewing their EAD and don't want to lose said job.

This is just a long process for all of us, hang in there.  We are all here to support you.  You too can apply to expedite your EAD if you can prove the requirements on paper.

good luck, and God bless

Im seriously the slowest in process in all of you, lol haven't even done biometrics yet (couldn't walk-in) so will do it this Thursday. They requested RFE before biometrics, my husband made a mistake in filling the I-865 or something, so we have to do it all over again plus they want my birth certificate translated! Which makes thing harder as I have no idea where to do it here. Other than the Consulate and they are on holiday 😓

On June 20, our I-485 case status changed to "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview". We sent our packet (I-130, I-485, I-765) on May 8th and my husband had his biometrics appointment on June 9th.

Try giving this posting a read and google everything - there are some online places that will translate in 24 hours turn around for about 25 dollars a page too:

You guys can do this, just read the RFE carefully and respond to it appropriately and in a timely manner
