Ours was delivered to Chicago on May 18 and we just got sms/email notifications yesterday. So you might just have a few days for that.

As for SSN card ours took about 5 days but I know people who took 2 weeks to get theirs - maybe call the office to see if they sent it?

Thanks for cheering me up a little! I really want that NOA1. The SSN might be delayed also because the CO got my birth date wrong when I entered on the K1(he got it off by 1 day!!!). So they said it might be pending until the AOS adjusts it or something.... Bah that just sucks it's not even my fault!

Just got my email + sms notification for the 3 documents, it took some time since our paper was there in Chicago the 15th, that was slow but we're patient, although I need to be working and in school soon.

Can anyone calm me down? My AOS+EAD+AP was delivered to the Chicago lockbox via USPS on May 22nd and still no NOA1 (nor electronically) or nothing...!

Also I filed for SSN over two weeks ago and no news either.. What is happening???

I really need to start working since living in California is insanely expensive! Don't they know that?

Is there anything to do?

First clam down!!! Lol

2nd: it took us a solid month to get a noa so you are not even close yet. June just started. I delivered mine and saw the day it arrived but they have my start date a full week after it arrived so. You are fine

3rd: ssc, it took us a full two weeks almost to the exact day. I think wait until tomorrow then call Monday.

You are going to be waiting to work until at least the end of  august. Unless you have a job offer and once you complete the biometrics you can request to expedite your employment card. But just anticipate a wait through the summer. So no point in stressing over this Bc it will

come and the wait will still exist. Hope it helps

Mine was for the I-130A. It seems like they just go through a checklist of the forms first because I know I'm missing a tax transcript too but that wasn't requested with my RFE

They only asked for an I-130A because I did not include it with my application.

Hey i went today in dmv near i live but they said they cant renew as they need some other proof instead of this noa.

What should i do

1. California, right?

2. What other documents did you bring with you?

3. Do you have a current or expired EAD?

4. What status are you adjusting from?

A few people here have simply got into another DMV and gotten a renewal.

Got our Biometrics appointment!

Anyone had any luck with the Dallas location and walk ins? Appointment is in 2 weeks, which thinking if we could do a walk in, we could go ahead and expedite request our EAD. Would they tell us if we called and asked about it?
