I have an update, went for our interview back in October of last year, things that did not go so well got an intentent to deny. We were required to do an inadmissible bill waiver by January 12, did the waiver was told by my attorney it could take any where from 6 months to a year, to our surprise the green card came in the mail on March 23 and it was our ten year permanent card. Cost us over $4000 dollars, but it was well worth it. The journey is finally over, took us 22 months but it’s finally over

Congrats!!

But, inadmissible for what? If you don’t mind me asking. I had my interview almost 2 weeks ago and didn’t get approved on the spot. The IO said he will review and send me RFE if he needs anything. My status changed to “Interview completed and my case needs to be reviewed.” Haven’t heard anything since then.

The IO said I lied about a relationship that I put on tourist visa application
