Hello everyone.

My USC spouse and I are about to submit our Concurrent Filling package (I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765 & I-131) within the next couple of days.  However my I-693 form won't be completed until June 2.  The Civil Surgeon where I have done my medical exam is only available on that day.  My I-94 expires the next day, June 3.   :(

HELP! Should we submit the whole package without the I-693 (wait for RFE to submit) or wait until June 2 to submit the COMPLETE package?

You should have went to another doctor in the first place. Anyway,

If you submit everything 100% correct without the med form, they will send u a ref, but also consider that USCIS may not send you acceptance notification for 2-6 weeks, so if you finished your medical form before that, you won't be able to send it without the case #

As well, a Ref delay the case for at least 5 days, and at least 5 more days from the date they receive your response.

I would just recommend you to wait,

but you can submit  I-130 then I-485 when you finish your exam, or just submit everything without the medical form and hope for the best

My checks were cashed May 12 and received my physical NOA1 the 16th. But im starting to get worried that people similar timelines have gotten the biometrics letter and i haven't. Hope is just slow mail.

No reason to be worried, biometric letter is issued anytime between 10 days - 30 days after you receive your NOA

It took a little more than a week for us after NOA1 was received in the mail for our biometrics appointment letter to come, I'm sure it will show up soon, and it probably differs per area based on appointment schedules

Yeah my wife can't wait to get to work.  We found some volunteer opportunities for her around NYC, it's been a good way to keep her occupied and to make new friends and even potential job contacts for the future.  No need for any visa status to volunteer, plus you can put it on your resume when you do look for a job

That's a really great idea - I feel bad that my husband is just chilling at home most of the day, I know it must be somewhat boring. We have to get him a drivers license first, now!

You can find another doctor dont wait till you lose your status and dont send an application missing any required documents.

Better for smoother and faster processing

Find the link below and add you zip code for a list of USCIS approved doctors.

All the best for you me and all applicants.
