Went to uscis for appointment they said we should get an interview b4 sept. 20 when our ead expires.

If you're basing not renewing your EAD/AP on that statement then you're braver than I

Hello Guys,

I have sent the ead extension letter. on June 11 and was delivered June 13, 2018. I have not received any letter according to this letter. Should I have received one? I have sent the extension letter to Chicago lockbox. However,  by mistake, I have sent to FedEx UPS address not USPS address. Is that normal?

You said fiancee so i am assuming you are K-1 visa. K-1 adjustment medical don't need to redo medical after 1 year. AOS family based does that's why im asking.

I guess this is a case to case basis or depends on the interviewing officer. My medical expired December, when I had my interview last month, the officer asked for a medical. I didn’t do a new one cause I was thinking I didn’t need to redo it. I received rfe a week after my interview and it is for a new medical exam. So I did the whole medical all over again including blood tests. I’m adjusting based on marriage, entered USA on a K-1 visa.

You were not supposed to. According i 130 insturctions you dont need to redo if you applying same year with K1. You should have printed the insturctions papers underline the law and show it them and protect your rights. Those officers dont care anything.

I know. I told the officer that, it says if i submitted aos application within 1 year of medical i don’t need to do a new medical. And she said, she’ll check on it. That’s why after the interview weren’t approved or denied. Then I received the letter for rfe

The problem is telling them. You should print out the form and underline it. 5 years before when I had my 10-year green card interview, the officer was holding my divorce decree and asking me where is your divorce decree. Funny right...

I’m not sure i get your question. Do you mean the RFE letter from USCIS? After i received that letter, i didn’t received anything else. That letter will have a due date for you to respond. Just make sure they receive your evidence before that date. Otherwise, they will deny your case.

Sorry I was not clear.

I have sent my ead extension paperwork to Chicago lock box.( uscis)  According to usps the package arrived to the uscis. However uscis did not sent my any notification that they have received my ead extension forms etc. Should I have received one already? As you know we have received nao1 and nao2 on first application.

It took me 10 days to get my NOA for EAD renewal. And I got another letter few days after saying I didn't need to fingerprint again as they still have the previous one on file. Just wait a little bit more, as long as you filled out everything correctly you'll definitely get your NOA. Good luck
