FINGERS CROSSED!!

Congrats!  Fingers crossed for you too.  Does your online deal still say Fingerprint Fee Accepted?

I finally heard back on my SR from November, it just said that our case was not outside of normal processing time.  Case status still on Fingerprint Fee Accepted since May 9.  Going to need to reapply for EAD/AP renewal soon, it expires in August

Citizenship process complete!  First a J1 work/travel Visa visitor from Philippines to Texas where we met each other, then back to Philippines.  Ultimately, immigrated here via a K1 Marriage-based petition in 2016, AOS started in 2017, completed in 2018, ROC started/completed in 2020, N-400/Citzenship granted in 2022 - timeline link below:

Mine says "Ready to Schedule", it's been like that since June 29. I was actually thinking of reapplying for EAD this weekend as well, but now I'm gonna wait for the letter to come to see what it's about. ☺

Its ridiculous.

I hope we hear something soon.

Just FIY to everyone checking online and making accounts:

My status hadn't updated until after I got the letter.

It took one day to update the uscis account, two to update the check status page, and three to receive an email/text message saying there was an update to my case. All that after I received a letter in hands with the interview date (which was dated March 31).

Don't trust anything you see online!!

Well I went ahead and sent in my application yesterday, for my EAD renewal.  It doesn’t expire until August 8th, but the way things are looking it just seemed prudent to get it in early.

My husband and I are moving in July.  We had delayed the move 6 months ago because we didn’t want to have a change of address cause a letter from USCIS to go missing.  Now it’s highly likely we may still change our address before hearing anything.

It says the USCIS website up to 180 days before the current one expires and it’s not recommended to do it more than 180 days before. That’s why we put ours in now :)

Something wrong with website or what. Anyone had the same problem?

I got the same thing! I actually, for a fleeting moment, thought it was an update with the interview schedule or something but my heart sank when I saw this message. I'm hoping it's just a glitch or something.

I recently found out about this other site to check your status - it was more up to date than the egos.uscis.gov one:

https://my.uscis.gov/account/applicant

on there it says my wife’s interview is waiting to be scheduled since June 15 last year (May 9 acceptance date).  The egov one just said fingerprint fee received since May 9 last year

note - I had to make a new account at his new site
