Hi All,

Chicago lockbox received my application on April 17th, however due to not including the fee for fingerprints it was sent back to me. I received the file with rearranged forms. It has a green paper which USCIS suggested to place on top.

I resubmitted the entire package with the correct fee and was received by them on May 1st.

Ever since then I haven't gotten any emails and my checks haven't been cashed.

Anyone had similar experience?

Any idea how long I will have to wait for RFEs if I get any? I believe biometrics appointment notifications take about two weeks from this point.

They can still send an rfe after receiving and accepting the application ? No  I think you r safe from here I hope so.

Actually I received my biometrics letter 16 days after my package was delivered and 7 days after my NOA letters.

I was surprised it came that fast, but either way I am glad
