what is your PD, and yes it can be done via email it will take between 8 to 11 weeks for nvc to update the case

but your case should be current now because the are working with pd July 15 2015.

Yes ,but i hired a useless lawyer who submitted documents to NVC this Feb.

 

Also, i got a checklist yesterday.So might as well upgrade my case.

I was under assumption this link was only for help desk , this also works to submit upgrade request?

if i was you i will just take care of the check list. once you summit the missing document they will schedule the interview becuese you PD is current if you upgrade it will take longer.

Yes ,i am petitioner.

 

I sent the checklist yesterday by mail, but was planing to upgrade via email today.

 

Should i resend everything via mail today again? will it be issue?

Check list was for the DOB certificate in native language.

if you send the certificate today the clock will re start again. since you PD is current they may not take the whole 11 weeks.
