B2 visa question

Same experience with me. I got denied with a B2 visa before since my purpose of travel is to visit my then bf. I was also a student without any travel experience at that time but with businesses and properties under my name. The consul rejected on the insufficient ties reason but I'm guessing since my bf is in the US, K1 visa will be more appropriate.

 

Fast forward 3 years, when I got interviewed for a K1 visa, it only took me 5 mins since the consul saw I was denied before with the reason of visiting of him, lol! It won't hurt to try. Just don't lie and don't get your hopes too high.

Already seem like immigrant intent when one ask about K1 in the same convo.

She's 18, has a boyfriend here, no strong ties back home & many young ladies

will just marry & AOS (may not be her intention) being in school wont give much

points. She can try some CO does look at the picture painted then decide in very

objective ways

Yeah, you're right. It's okay, we will just go with the K-1. It's just funny because she does not want to stay past her limit, she just wanted to see me. Thanks for the input!

I got a B2 visa wile atmitting i had a boyfriend in US. so it is posible, bubt i am from a low fraud country.

I think her beeing a student is a problem though, they grant B2 visas to poeple who they think will spent a good amouth of mony wile they are in the US, and you need a job for that.
