Case not showing online after being received 10 days ago

I sent a I-130 in early april
got a text/email around 19th with case # /  

Now I got a NOA1 in the mail with a priority date of 4/13. 

but when I try and see the Case status on uscis,gov . it does not show. is this normal or something wrong is going on?

Sometimes it takes a awhile to be able to be seen online. Ours took a couple weeks before it recognized the receipt number.

Its been months now. I called USCIS and opened a case , they never sent me a letter about the case . and are claiming that I need to contact the web admin. 
Did anyone else have issues like this where their information didn't show up online and USCIS just tried to ignore all request to fix the issue?

Yes, there are a bunch of us on the April thread that have the same issue. I called USCIS months ago & spoke with a supervisor. They said that not all case numbers are entered into the system & there was nothing they could do. The only way to check case status is to call them. I still check once a week, just for fun, but it always comes up as "invalid receipt number". I don't think it's anything to be worried over though! Which service center are you at?

That's great! Someone with a PD of April 4th just got approved from Texas. So I bet within the next 30 days you'll hear something from them! And if you don't, then by the middle of October I would start calling once a week to see if there are any updates. Good luck!
