RFE updated in myuscis?

Hi all, 

 

I filed green card based on marriage to USC and recently I got a RFE. So I prepared all relevant documents to address concerns and filed to USCIS yesterday.

Now I am wondering if there would be updated myUSCIS once it is received and when USCIS reviews it and solves it, will it be updated as well?

They will update again when they have received your reply for your RFE.

 

Otherwise no update until new RFE, Interview, Approved or denied.

Thanks, it is about I-864 and I did not receive combo card yet. So I am guessing when combo card is produced, then I will take it as it is resolved (or likely)?

Oh I am sorry. 

The reason I got RFE was I-864 did not meet the income.

So it got delayed my combo card as well. 

 

Being all that said, when the RFE is resolved or income requirement is met, USCIS will (likely) issue new combo card?

How long are you in the process?

 

They will start working on the case again.

It was 81st day when they put RFE and I waited 2 months to see if combo card is just produced but I did inquiry to state's senator, who emailed me the scanned letter from USCIS that all associated applications were on hold due to RFE. Right now, it is almost 5 months that I applied to I-485 with combo card application.
