Language/spelling for filling out forms

Can someone help?  My fiancee is from Brazil, I am a U.S. citizen.  We recently started filling out documents to start the K-1 visa process.  When filling out the I-129f and I-325a forms we have a question about spelling.  She is from Brazil (spelled "Brazil" in English, spelled "Brasil" in Portuguese).  I read on some forums that addresses should be written in their native language and not translated  since they may need to send documents through the mail to those addresses is this true? If we use "Brasil" for addresses on the forms, other places on the forms where it asks for country but is not an address should those be spelled "Brasil" Portuguese or "Brazil" English.. We thought if we had 2 different spellings on the same form maybe it would cause a problem and we would need to fix and resubmit later.  Has anyone had any experience with similar situations?

Use English spelling anywhere that is not an address. Honestly, I think anyone will understand that Brasil and Brazil refer to the same.

try to use English always when we talk about countries but the address should be written in their original language ( postman speaks natives languages )  but honestly and in my personal opinion it shouldn´t be a big issue use z instead s in Brazil or Brasil.
