Dear everyone:

My K1 VISA got approved in the interview on Mar.27,

This week is the fifth week, but My visa state still pending in administrative processing.

I've reseved the ticket to US on May.4.

I tried many ways to push my case, by service calls, emails, and websites...no any useful information.

What I can do now?

Unfortunately you have to wait out the AP. You never buy your plane ticket until visa is in your hands. AP can take days, weeks, months and even years. I'm sorry that you didn't get your visa yet. My Fiancé is still under AP and it's been 2 months! They say after 60 days you can email Embassy to see what's going on.  If it's still under AP there's nothing you can do but just wait it out. I hope you get your visa soon!

The above is exactly correct. It's just a waiting game now, unfortunately.

And yes, never order a ticket before you have the visa in hand. Anything can happen.

Just i want tell everyone do not order ticket before visa in hand...It's really far more hurt and more stress

Although I understand your frustration, it was premature to buy a plane ticket.  The embassy is not at fault here.

I'm sorry you're having this kind of delay, but it does happen. AP can take days (usually), weeks (sometimes), months (rarely), or years (very rarely). It's just a waiting game...you can't speed it up (assuming they aren't waiting on anything from you).

Never reserve tickets prior to having a visa in hand. Hopefully you can get a refund.

You have to wait. If you already tried reaching them then there is nothing more to do.

You broke the #1 rule... DO NOT book anything (that can't be easily changed) until the visa is physically in your hand.
