What to Email Consulate requesting an interview date!

I figured this would help someone, I sent this email 3 Times and got a reply with an appointment. Good Luck to everyone!

 

Good Morning Madam and/or Sir,

My name is First/Last ( Petitioner ) , DOB MM/DD/YYYY, contacting your office for a request to set up an interview date for my fiance First/Last ( Beneficiary ) DOB MM/DD/YYYY. NVC Case Number CSBXXXXXXXXX. We have all proper and required paper work and are ready for the interview.

October 13, 2017 : RFIE letter received in mail (they want an English translated Birth Certificate, which we included in the original petition...)

January 24, 2018: EAD/AP Combo Card in hand

August 9, 2018: AOS Interview (Approved)

August 9, 2018: "Card in Production"

August 16, 2018: Green card in hand

 

 

May 2020: ROC!
