Hello,

I arrived in the US last month on a K1 and had purchased inbound immigrant health insurance though Seven Corners. My policy is expiring soon and I had the option to renew it. I was planning to purchase an actual health insurance policy in the next few weeks. I've filed for AOS already and have my NOA1.

I was reading multiple threads that stated that travel medical insurance may not cover you once you have filed for AOS since you're intent is to live here now.

But, would inbound immigrant health insurance (not sure how different inbound immigrant health insurance is from travel insurance) still be fine after filing for AOS from a K1? I didn't want to waste the money renewing it for three weeks if it wouldn't actually cover me. I know insurers are often quick to take your money, but even quicker to find loopholes to void coverage.

Thanks for any help!
