After Embassy receives the case from NVC, it contacts petitioner's email requesting beneficiary's email/address/phone.

After petitioner responds with information, the embassy sends beneficiary with the packet 3 info. see below.

After beneficiary has all documents ready, he/she can send email to jakiv@state.gov with case number and stating that he/she is ready for interview.

embassy then sends interview email to beneficiary/applicant as shown below.

 

Dear applicant,

Interview date : April 27, 2017 at 12.30PM, Consular Section, Window 7

  1. Please bring all required documents and fee or receipt of payment                 
  2. Two photos
  3. Applicant must present this email to the embassy guard on the interview day
  4. Please go directly to Consular waiting room, and wait until we assist you

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

We are using a courier service to deliver your passport and immigrant visa package to you. To be able to do so, you must first register your application and address at http://www.ustraveldocs.com/id/

Please select “immigrant”, then click:

•             Immigrant visa information

•             Select documents delivery address

•             New user

•             Login

•             New application / Schedule an appointment

Once you have submitted your information, including your address, your passport will be able to be sent back to you via the RPX Courier.

You will receive and email/SMS notification at the phone number you provided when you applied, within 2-4 business days when your passport is ready.

  

Picking up your passport:

If you selected a RPX location for pick-up, you may collect your passport from that location between 10:00 a.m. and 3: p.m. the business day following notification. If you selected delivery, your passport will be delivered to the home or office address you requested.

Requirements for picking up your passport yourself at the chosen RPX location :

1.            A valid government photo ID (i.e. KTP, KITAS or SIM)

2.            Your interview appointment letter or the UID/receipt (recommended)

Requirements if a representative will pick up your passport for you at the chosen RPX location :

1.            A photocopy of your government ID

2.            The representative’s original government ID

3.            Your appointment letter or UID receipt number (recommended)

4.            A signed authorization letter containing the following information:

a)            Full name, date of birth and government ID details of the representative

b)            Your government ID details, these must match the photocopy presented by the representative

c)            Your telephone number if necessary for immediate confirmation.

d)            1) Your signature of one of your parents’ if you are a minor child, and 2) the representative’s signature.

**PLEASE NOTE:  Failure to produce the above documents may prevent your passport from being handed over to you or your representative**

i just curious my case on NVC website is 'READY'

 

so what i do now is waiting email from embassy ?
