action required: submit requested documents

on 2-15-17 i have had the same status of submit requested document message on nvc status call nvc and got told that all documents have been received on 2-22-17 and will take up to 11 week until review the case my concern is the message from the uptade of the case when i log in what message should i receive im impatient since i have waited close to a year since i started at the uscis 11 week hasnt came up but would like some help to see what to do next will have to call nvc but know that wont have good news to only wait for an email

hi, that is just the generic post on their website, if you don't received any checklists that states what specific thing you need to submit it means just wait for them to finish reviewing your case, do call once a week as you are now on your 8thweek and 5 days until you reach your 9th week, then call twice a week after, then on your 10th week, try calling everyday if possible. you will hear generic responses. but keep your cool and ask them whether they have started reviewing your case :0
