I did not received Packet from US embassy Abu Dhabi but I scheduled my interview appointment date Online

By Mas - Miracle in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports

Hello! everyone, I just have a question. I didn't receive packet 3 yet from US Embassy Abu Dhabi; but I scheduled my k1 fiance visa and I have appointment interview date on 30 April 2017. My question is that. Is it OK and doesn't have any problems I go to my appointment date to the US Embassy Abu Dhabi? Even I didn't receive packet 3. I just have my appointment scheduled interview date which I scheduled online, and I gather my all documents which they are required such as:

 

1:- Interview Appointment scheduled Online with its receipt  

2:- original passport + 1 copy 

3:- 2 Colour Photo 2"x2"

4:- Ds-160 confirmation page 

5:- Original Birth certificate + 1 with translation 

6:- Police clearance Certificate 

7:- Medical Examine 

8:- Original Affidavit I-134 

9:- Current Salary letter 

10:- Current Bank statement 

11:- 1049 Tax most recent year 

12:- Photograph of our Engagement 

13:- Screen Shoot from our CHAT stories  (Skype, Viber, Messenger and e-Mail) 

 

Can anyone let me know! If they are already experienced it. .

hi, i have been informed not to do this. i know one person who went ahead and scheduled their interview despite not yet receiving their packet 3, showed up at the embassy on the day and they were turned away at the gate. they had to reschedule their interview and pay the fee again.

But took contact with the embassy and I received an e-Mail from US Embassy Abu Dhabi they are e-mailed me like that. If the Applicant has scheduled an online appointment date, that should be fine then.

I do not know! What should I do? but I have already Scheduled my interview date Online and gather my all documents regarding their need in my case..

i don't know to be honest. how did you know what documents you are supposed to gather and bring without receiving packet 3?

I have lawyer and I called to the Embassy according their advise. I did, all and you also saw the e-mail I sent you today..
