Your case will remain in Administrative Processing (AP) until they review the additional documents. Then they will either make a decision or request another interview or other documents, If the only reason for the 221g was for additional documents, normally an approval would come within a couple/few weeks after they receive the documents. It could be longer...there is no predefined time for AP.

That said, the types of documents they requested, to me, imply they doubt something about the relationship and/or child (who I'm assuming is coming to the US as well). It seems unusual to only request evidence newer than 2 weeks prior to the interview. So that may take longer for them to review/verify since they may have to compare the contents with previous documents or answers.

Good luck!

Thank you for your reply.

I got pregnant when I was very young and gave it away for adoption the day I gave birth.

The consular asking proof that my fiance knows I gave away a child when I was very young for adoption.

Skype recs discussing your child, chat-logs beyond 03-April-2017

They should not be asking for this since this is not needed or required and not needed for a k1 Visa.
Not asking for any child to move.  Consular also kept my passport. The filipino guy from releasing said

I do not have a second interview. Just wait for my visa deliver at home.

Hi. Thanks for your reply.

Yes he has known all along.  Don't see why this matters for a k1 Visa but we mailed them a letter from fiance plus a chat conversation.

Ah, okay. Thanks for the update.

They are permitted to ask about it because they want to ensure that the USC is aware of what he is getting into. They have done the same with others for things like prior marriages, children, etc.

You said you provided the requested information, so it's just a waiting game. The fact that they took your passport is usually a good sign.
