There are a lot of workload transfers happening at the moment but nothing specifically for ROC ... nothing that has been published anyway.

Some individual people have reported that their cases were transferred to CSC from VSC. Either way, I suspect that there has been pressure exerted to get VSC caught up to CSC and it seems to be working. Hopefully, once everybody's at the same level, they'll keep pushing forward with both offices' applications.

I've only seen one recent report of an 1-751 case transferred from VSC to CSC that did not involve a change of address. Have you heard of more cases than that? I thought we'd collectively decided as a forum that it appeared to be a one-off.

I don't really see any change to VSC. Just looked at ROC and they are still adjudicating cases from Feb 29,which basically means a year to 13 months still.

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

 

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

Not sure where you're seeing that.

The VJ dates show VSC as April 12 and CSC as May 4 (which is a little different than when I posted) - the USCIS page is showing June 6 (not sure how reliable that is).

I was looking on the USCIS processing times. Its still saying 29th Feb for removal of conditions so I am confused .https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do

Remember that the USCIS times are at least 6 weeks out of date (the processing times on their website right now were current as of Feb 29. Our VJ timelines are usually more accurate, although I've noticed that a lot of CSC filers (not sure about VSC) have not been updating their VJ timelines in their profiles; only on the forums, so the CSC dates are significantly behind.

@Derwood, sorry - I didn't realize we'd decided it was a one-off - I'll bow to the wisdom of the forums... although if we have one in our tiny VJ sample size, I suspect there were more. But it might still be a fluke, you're right. Either way, I stand by my theory that USCIS has been putting pressure on VSC to get their processing times in line with CSC. (making them stay in and work at recess? giving them detention?:rofl:)

Thanks for the clarification will be interesting to see what it says when USCIS updates.  As far as timelines are concerned, well I must admit for days I couldn't figure out how to change it from AOS to ROC, until @Derwood helped me even though I had imputed it onto my timeline, or so I thought!  As for VSC and CSC I would give them all detention until they took around 5 months to process applications.
