Hi,

So i am filling out the paperwork for the fiance visa. As im filling out the i-129f and g-325a form, i've questioned what to put down for my moms name. She was born in Mexico, so her birth certificate has both of her parents last names. She came to the US and used just her first, middle and her fathers last name. She became married my father so she adopted his last name. Then, when she became citizen she changed her first name as well as her last name to my dads last name.

Is her last name ("family name" on the i-129f) her last name now, which is my fathers last name?

Is her "maiden name" (requested on g-325a) whats on her birth certificate?
