Hey together

I'll try it here again. My husband and I are in a very difficult sitiation. He has mental health issues (depression, PTSD, etc) and does not want to continue this marriage - but he is not even sure about this decision. We are married since August 2015, I have my 2 yr Green Card since January 2016. I need to file for RoC in October. For right now I need to prepare myself for the worst and that I have to file by myself. Either we get a divorce before October what I do not want or we will work things out until fall and file together. But that is all up to him.

Here are the papers I have together so far in both of our names:

our car, car insurance, apartment lease, dental insurance, health irnsurance, taxes from 2016, water/sewer bill, electronic bill, my transfer from my bank to his military bank, smaller bills from the vet, hotels, pictures, trip to my home country together, papers that state we brought my dog to the states, FB conveersations, messages that proof is addiction and some letters I wrote him.

That is all I can think of for right now. We DO NOT have a joint bank account because he is very bad handling money -  but I have a papers that says because of him I was able to tranfer from a normal bank to a miltary bank.

Do you guys think I have enough proof to get approved for my 10 yr GC? Is there a chance I have to go to an interview again?

My husband stated in the messages that it is not my fault why the marriage does not work out right now. He's staying with a friend for the past couple weeks to figure out what he wants to do.

I hope you guys can help me out. I really do appreciate it.

Thank you!
