Form I-134 Affidavit of Support

Part 3, 22a and 26a. Does anyone know if these questions are in regards to an affidavit that i have filled out in the past? This is my second fiance visa and i don't know if they're asking for a former name.

 

Part 3 question 22a: I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s). (If none, write "None" in the space for name below.)

Part 3 question 26a: I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following persons. (If none, write "None" in the space for name below.) 

 

If anyone can help me figure out exactly what they're asking i would greatly appreciate it!

I am wondering the same thing on page 4, I have no previous affidavit , so 22a is none, and is question 26 a still referencing previously submitted, I am filing my first k-1 visa - so skip to question 38?

So 26a, is that a none or do you put your K1 fiancée name and your filing date (noa1)

I'd like to know how to respond to Part 3 Question 26.a on the new I-134 as well. It seems like the answer would be my fiance's information with the NOA 1 date as the filing date but, who knows?? It's a bit confusing.

I was under the impression that Part 3 22a. was asking whether or not I have submitted an I-134 or I-864 for anyone else before.

 

For Part 3 26a, it seems like it's asking who I've submitted a visa petition for. In my case, because I submitted the I-129F petition I put my fiance's name, at least I hope that's what it means.

That's what I was thinking too but, it seems redundant as there is that whole section in Part 2 about the Beneficiary. The instructions are no help either.  Very confusing.
