I-130 & I-129 Question bothering me....

Hello,

I have filed the I-130 and am told, and understand that when I get the receipt I am to process the I-129... Now the I-129 is for fiancee, but I am married to her, shes not a fiancee. Am I to fill out the I-129 as if I'm not married?

Sorry perhaps Im missing the bovious on this.

If you want it fast, take the K-3 route, do as what they said...file I-129F (addressed to Chicago Service Center) along with your NOA1 (I-130). Your wife will enter US as a non-immigrant visa holder. She has to adjust her status when she arrives there.

If you want to take the longer route, which is CR-1, then do not do anything except wait for the NOA2 of your I-130. CR-1 is an immigrant visa. She will have her greencard at least a week after she'll enter US.

04-07-2014 Received biometric appointment letter in the mail

04-25-2014 At last, my biometric appointment!!!!

06-09-2014 Interview - recommended for approval!
