Ok, a long time ago, like 10 years ago, a lawyer had a letter he posted on here about how to apply for a visa, any type, He mentioned about all the red flags to mention when you first file for anytype of visa. He lived in the phillepines. I read the letter and followed all the instructions.   I got my husband here in less than a year.  He lived in a warzone in Pakistan.  Now somebody is asking me for advice on how to get their husband here.  I want to find that letter but don't know where to start.  I figured that some of the old timers on here might remember that letter. Please post it if you can remember it.  It gave me so much information.

Sorry I can not help you with that letter you talk about but you can give them this link for the guides here on VJ.

Look for the guides under Guides if you are married.

That should be enough.
