 Hi brothers and sisters..good afternoon have a blessed day all..I am here once again ..I got sponsor with joint sponser.now here is the other problems my case on lawyer by online but only lawyer assistant handle it .we does everything some thing else which I didn't get .have question if some one know really tell me plz I have to thanks .my Hubby called yesterday after this email but that assistant didn't reply back .my question why she say the joint sponser not making enough to be my sponser .she including 6 hould for what ?? Bcoz I have two co sponser which is enough even they both have two kids on them tax but lawyer say okay but now here something word change it that assistant put it 6 house hold why??which is shock for me and mad too.and didn't get answer yet.

I received an electronic Affidavit of Support form from Eric A.  Upon review however, it appears that Eric still does not make enough money to act as your cosponsor.  Because of Eric’s 2 dependents, he must meet the minimum income requirement for a household of 6 (Eric, dependent 1, dependent 2, you, your child, and Ansara).  The minimum for this size is $41,200.  Eric disclosed his income as $34,000.

You can only one one sponsor, and one co-sponsor. Not 2. 

 

And The co-sponsor, as listed above like you put it, must be able to support their own home and family, plus intending immigrants. So if it is 4 of them, and two of you, then he needs to be able to make enough to cover for 6.

 

You can't have 2 co-sponsors who each make say $30,000 and ad them together for $60,000, doesn't work that way.

Eric dependent only two kid then adding me is 3.my husband is working he don't need co sponser he have his adopt nephew which call own child but government support it he is only guardian he will soon in month of few become 18..so here how she say 6 house hold I don't get it brother?

I am confused.... Who is the beneficiary in this??   Who is the petitioner.... is the child a USC or immigrating also... but I now who the joint sponsor is!!

Its about my case my co sposner is Eric which is my husband son in law.I am confuse on 6 house hold for why??its for me need co spsoner.

I think the lawyer has calculated 6 because of David's nephew because he is his legal guardian and, therefore, still supported financially by David.

 

That would be 6. Is it of your opinion that it should be 5? And not count his nephew?

Hi again ..I got fake lawyer which wasting a time even I got co sponsor which make 34000$ above and two dependent and and they they can't mine cuz not in family or not much what that hell..then my friend husband call to immigrants they say that's not right ..now tell me wht to do I been through lots I waste time and money lawyer like rudly talk took money already but put people to scuffer why like that I am so hurts people have no humanity.. I am not enimes or doing free all we paid we suffer ..

When was my brother in law co sooner submit all lawyer say he can't cuz he have dependent of kid but only two and two dependent his wife too then say must to his wife do it which is don't want to my co sponser lawyer know it .then we found other which is my husabnd son in law .and lawyer reply he can't too cuz he is not in family and not much..isn't lawyer play and hater ?? How I been through like that cuz of lawyer we don't know we got by online a lawyer and paid money an they been play.I am really shock my time wasting and I don't know all this .how I complaints and money back or ...?any one advice and my case come out going throw immigration?

Hi.hopefully every one good too..I thankz God every thing is work out now hubby sent it the documents to nvc on June 8 after what lawyer given hard time so we does by self .I pray its work out .can any body tell me how much taking a time for interview?iam living in UAE .
