Did anyone have an expereince to file for citizenship/naturalization application while application is pending?

I am thinking about applying for citizenship/naturalization this coming summer.

However I still have been waiting for approval for my lifting condition which hopefully will be granted by the end of this month or at the beginning of next month. I read general eligibility for Spouses Residing in the U.S on the USCIS website and it said we can file for citizenship/nutralization application up to 90 days from the day before the applicant would have first satisfied the continuous residence requirement. So my question is if it will be possible to file the application while my lifting condition is still pending.  Did anyone have an expereince to file for citizenship/naturalization application while application is pending? Really apprecaite your sharing.

Yes. I have done it. Check my timeline. Because of the current situation in VSC, a lot of people have been doing this lately. You won't be alone. There are two possible scenarios here;

1) Your ROC would get approved while you are awaiting your N400 interview. Then you will go to your N400 interview with your 10 yr card. This is what happened to me.

2) They might also conduct a joint I-751/N400 interview. You would need to go to the I-751 interview with your spouse. If your ROC gets approved, they will ask your spouse to leave and they will conduct your n400 interview. Some people have experienced this too.
