So, I recently received my NOA2. I'm obviously waiting for the MNL number and after that I schedule the interview and then do the medical correct?

My other question is I recently switched jobs in the middle of March. I have so far received 2 paychecks and get paid this Wednesday. So only 3 paystubs. I have an employee letter stating my yearly salary. Should I include a letter explaining that I recently switched jobs? Or is it OK since currently I make enough?

I obviously could wait and possibly get 4 paystubs, but I need to send my fiance the packet sooner rather than later.

Once you have the MNL number you can schedule the medical and the interview (try to do the medical at least 1-2 weeks before the interview). The beneficiary will need a scanned copy of the NVC case letter for the medical.

Also, beneficiary can go a head and complete CFO at any point. If done before the interview, they need to return to get final stamp/certificate in passport for immigrations.

As to the new job, the letter from employer will definately be beneficial. I would use that, and as a many pay stubs as possible that you can amount before the interview. The only form really you need to send via like FedEx is original I-134 and letter from employer with 'wet' signatures....FedEx can deliver in 3 days for about $95 so doesn't take long really). The rest like pay stubs, W2's, ect, can be scanned and emailed and printed there.

Beneficiary also needs to make sure they go obtain NBI clearance, birth certificate copies, any other police reports from other countries(if applicable), CENOMAR, ect...

She's actually getting the nbi and everything as we speak. I'll be mailing everything to her. She's in the Philippines and doesn't own a printer or a computer, so it's a hassle to always be printing stuff off. What is the scanned copy of the NVC letter? I've heard they send the packet 3 is that it or is it different?

Also, I'm having issues getting a bank statement from the officer since I'm far away from my bank now. Will bank statements be ok?

The embassy will not send anything to her. Everything is done on your own so to say in the Philippines. Each country works differently.

And that is fine, you can mail everything, i did the same thing. I never even bothered with bank statements since I was using current income as financial evidence. Bank statements really are for is you're using savings and such to offset income or just to show what you got.

I actually thought that in terms of the bank statements, but I figured more is better lol. So the NVC letter comes when? In the mail? Or is it something I have to ask for on the phone? I know most people are calling the NVC a lot, so I'm a little confused about that part of it.

After the NOA2 from USCIS, petition goes to NVC for the MNL number assignment... people say they call them a lot because they want to get the case number from them before NVC finishes and sends petition to the embassy.

NVC will send you a letter in the mail like the NOA1 and NOA2s stating the MNL case number on it.

I never called NVC myself as it usually only takes about 2 weeks for that part of the process anyways.

You can add bank statements or what not if you want to, I didn't again cause I am well above the line for income needed. I just gave 6 pay stubs, 3 years W2's(been with same company for 6 years now so they are consistent), letter from employer stating hourly wage and all.

Ok, still doesn't make too much sense as to why they want to get a hold of them. I'll just wait for the paper lol.

Thanks so much for your help!!!
