my wife and just had a baby a few weeks back, and put on the birth certificate under father information, my address as being the house we own in the Philippines together, but where i live is here in america,  we will be applying for CRBA for our child and an american passport, should she have my address changed to my u.s. address or should using our house address in Philippines be OK?

I just finished our CRBA at the US embassy Manila...I also live in the USA, but used my Philippine address of our apartment....

The interview process was pretty straight forward...don't forget passport pictures ,birth certificates, evidence of relationship prior to birth and evidence of being in country. During conception...picture with time stamps are a MUST!!!  Also prenatal records with ultrasounds are needed...
