Help please i started filling out the I-129F form and i'm stuck with this question #39...my beneficiary has two children.  I was told if i mark yes to this question that it will mean that i am also asking for them. How true is that??? We have both discuss not bringing his children to the States or requesting Visas for them.  Please advise me on this matter.   Thank you

Place all children whether they ar immigrating or not.

Whomever advised you not to is dead wrong. We see people make that mistake all the time here on VJ.

ALL CHILDREN!

They have to be mentioned on the i129f but you don't have to necessarily get them visas when the time comes and the petition is at the embassy. By the time the petition gets there, you just pay the fees for the k1 and go on with it, leaving out the k2s
